We will agree on possible repair options and, if the error is known, give you an estimated cost and avoid unnecessary shipping costs if the repair is not worth it.

You can use any delivery service or Pošta Slovenije to sendyour device, but if you are located locally, you can hire a courier so that your device will be with us in the shortest possible time.
We recommend that you enable shipment tracking.

When the device reaches us, it is first thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
The repair process is then the same as if the device had been brought to us (we do the free diagnostics first).
We pack the device in the packaging in which it came, and send it back to you free of charge and with tracking.
Whenever possible, we recommend that you use the original packaging that came with your device for shipping. If you do not have it anymore, use a box large enough and make sure that your device does not touch the box directly. To do this, either use dedicated air bubble wrap or crumpled newspaper.
Unfortunately, we are unable to influence the circumstances in which your device will find itself, so we recommend that you shake the entire package before shipping and make sure that there are no moving objects in it. In case there are, you can use newspaper and cram it into the empty spaces.
Please do not include items that do not require repair in the shipment. By this we mean mainly various device chargers and covers that can be misplaced during repair.
